Orders

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order is placed, we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, Yng Lfe Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If the issue persists, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. Yng Lfe Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. For full details, please visit our Return Policy page.

Are any items final sale?

Yes. Items marked Final Sale, promotional items, discounted items, and limited drops are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise stated.

How do I start a return or exchange?

How do your items fit?

Our pieces are designed for a true-to-size, athletic fit with stretch for comfort and movement. Fit details are listed on each product page.

What size should I order?

We recommend referencing our size guide and reviewing model sizing listed on each product page. If you’re between sizes, consider how you prefer your fit—snug or relaxed.

Do you offer size exchanges?

Yes, size exchanges are available subject to inventory availability.


Products & Care

How should I care for my Yng Lfe Co. pieces?

To maintain quality and longevity:

  • Machine wash cold

  • Wash with like colors

  • Do not bleach

  • Hang dry or tumble dry low

  • Do not iron directly on logos

Will the logo fade or peel?

Our logos are applied using high-quality heat-press or embroidery methods. With proper care, they are designed to last.


Drops & Restocks

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some items are released in limited quantities and may not be restocked. For restock updates, we recommend signing up for our email list or following us on social media.

How do I stay updated on new drops?
